Back Office Clerk
Ref.No: BOCST 06/2021

MAIN TASKS:

  • Maintaining continuous communication and sales service for assigned export customers,
  • Entering orders to the system, handling administrative tasks related to the orders to ensure timely proceeding
    and on-time delivery to the clients,
  • Preparing pricelists, and commercial offers, supporting field teams for smooth operations,
  • Preparing analysis and sales reports,
  • Receiving complaints.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Very good knowledge of English is a MUST, knowledge of any other language would be an advantage,
  • Good command on PC and MS Office programs,
  • Good communication skills and professional attitude,
  • Possibility to work at Strzelce Opolskie plant (no business traveling is required for the position).
